9:00 am: Translanguaging Designing Equitable Multilingual Spaces

September 4, 2021 September 5, 2021

As our learning spaces continue to evolve into more equitable and inclusive ones, it's imperative that we keep adding to our best practice toolkits. Translanguaging is an essential tool in our repertoire. Our learners are eager to engage in culturally responsive classrooms and content, and creating those spaces that value their multilingual identities is imperative. Join me for a weekend of building a translanguaging toolkit that will serve as the foundation for valuing multilingualism and nurturing a culture of equity in your school.

The purpose of this session is to provide a translanguaging toolkit for not just EAL teachers, but ALL teachers, leaders and coaches who work and design learning experiences for multilingual learners in international schools.

6:00 pm: Sustaining Relevance Through Communication: Education Culture and Lifestyle.

September 13, 2021

Welcome to the webinar “Sustaining Relevance Through Communication: Education, Technology, Culture and Lifestyle”. Keeping up with the changes due to the big change called pandemic is where we are. The world has been sitting in a precarious tilt for more than a year now. Vaccinations and
precautionary health programs are active worldwide but there is no definition as yet as to when vaccinations will all be done.
There is also the reality of the democratic choice by many not to be vaccinated. Education and businesses have been experiencing service delivery reformatting, while some have shut down . The aspect of sustaining relevance is key to allow success to continue, or to allow success back in. The
educational environment has been virtual in many places in the world especially in places still on strict lockdowns. Some have reopened for in-person classes. Whether virtual or in-person already, the issue of sustaining relevance stands valid.

You are invited to join us in this webinar Sustaining Relevance
Through Communicaton: Education, Technology, Culture and
Lifestyle”. Meet the experts that will share insights into the
essentiality and the how of sustaining relevance.
Certificates will be emailed to you after filling out and sending
your evaluation to anivaliz.bp@gmail.com
See you all then on
